You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. The name registered must match the name on your valid identification document and the bank account used for transactions. Any discrepancy may result in withdrawal processing delays.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. winter11 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to a user's failure to protect their login credentials. Financial Transactions and Payments in MYR

All transactions on the winter11 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, active, and registered in their own name. Using another person's bank account or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Deposits are processed via available methods including Touch 'n Go, FPX, and local bank transfers. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. winter11 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

For withdrawals, users must ensure the registered bank account matches the name on their platform account. Withdrawals are only processed once all bonus wagering requirements have been met. winter11 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, in line with fraud prevention and internal compliance policies.

Transaction Limits and Thresholds

The platform sets minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals, which are subject to change from time to time. Current limits can be viewed in the payments section of your account. Transactions exceeding the set limits will be automatically rejected by the system.

Liability Limits and Account Policy

Account Suspension and Closure

Winter11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated any stated terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, system manipulation, bot usage, or any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. In such cases, all balances and bonuses in the affected account may be forfeited.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method once the verification process is complete.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content on the winter11 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of winter11 or its licensed providers. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from winter11.

Any dealings between users and third parties are solely the user's responsibility.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
